The Champions Boat League is Kerala's premier snake boat racing league — a celebration of tradition, water, and community. CBL 2026 invites drone pilots and aerial creators to tell that story from above.

Don't just document the race. Capture the location, the crowd, the families, the traditions, the preparation, the emotion — make us feel something.
One final edited video per assigned venue (15 seconds–3 minutes). Raw footage submission at the venue Data Transfer Desk is mandatory.
₹60,000 first prize + ₹40,000 second prize + ₹10,000 per-venue challenge + event kit and ₹3,000 vouchers on arrival.
Open to a wide range of aerial creators. Drone pilot license is not mandatory to apply.
The 2026 CBL season runs across Kerala's most iconic backwater locations from September to November.

A simple, free process — from application to your assigned venue.
Fill in your details, drone specs, portfolio links, and venue preferences on the registration portal. Application is free and non-binding.
Approximately 20–25 pilots are selected per venue. You'll receive a venue offer — confirm within 48 hours to get your Participant ID. Note: cancellation after confirmation = disqualification from the full season.
Arrive at your venue, receive your kit and ₹3,000 in vouchers at check-in. Capture the race. Submit your edited video (15 sec–3 min) and raw footage at the Data Transfer Desk.
Cinematic quality and storytelling carry the most weight. Technical drone skill alone won't win.
